چکیده
Trie Hall coefficient, Ru (T) for organic conductors is strongly temperature dependent even if they are metallic. The temperature dependence of Ru (T) is found tu exhibit uneto-one correspondence with trie structure of the Fermi surface, hence con be called "Standard" for each surface. Ii turned Dut that the simple temperature-independent Ru (T) is only realized in a material where trie Fermi surface is round and simple for these low dimensional systems. The "Standard" Ru(T) for each Fermi surface is obtained empirically by

Anomalous Behavior of the Thermoelectric Power in the Vicinity of the Superconducting Transition in the Organic Superconductors κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2 and κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu[ N(CN)2] Br
Trie in-plane thermoelectric power (TEP of trie layered orgamc superconductors ~-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2 and ~-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br bas been studied in trie vicinity of trie superconducting transition under magnetic field. Below trie transition temperature, an anomalous non-monotonic behavior of trie TEP is found in trie ~-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2 sait: instead of a graduai monotonic decrease, trie T...
متن کاملTheory of Photoinduced Phase Transitions in Molecular Conductors: Interplay Between Correlated Electrons, Lattice Phonons and Molecular Vibrations
Dynamics of photoinduced phase transitions in molecular conductors are reviewed from the perspective of interplay between correlated electrons and phonons. (1) The charge-transfer complex TTF-CA shows a transition from a neutral paraelectric phase to an ionic ferroelectric phase. Lattice phonons promote this photoinduced transition by preparing short-range lattice dimerization as a precursor. M...

Heat capacity measurements of κ-(BEDT-TTF)2X (BEDT-TTF: Bis(ethylendithio) tetrathiafulvalene, X: counteranions) which are classified as two-dimensional (2D) dimer-Mott system are reported. At first, we explain structural and electronic features originated from rigid dimerization in donor arrangement in 2D layers. The antiferromagnetic Mott insulating phase located at low-pressure region in the...
متن کاملSuperconducting fluctuations and the reduced dimensionality of the organic superconductor k-„BEDT-TTF...2Cu„NCS...2 as observed through measurements of the de Haas–van Alphen effect
We report measurements of the de Haas–van Alphen ~DHVA! effect and ac susceptibility in the layered organic superconductor k-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2.The amplitude of the DHVA oscillations is attenuated over a wide field range above the irreversibility line, B irr(B), below which a rigid flux lattice is formed. Thus the DHVA effect provides a unique probe of the superconducting fluctuations at high ...
